ECO WARRIORS AT HEART
Here at Sealife Adventure, we care greatly about the planet that we all co-exist on. As part of this, we hold regular beach cleans on Southend on Sea’s beaches in association with the MCS Great British Beach Clean. In one recent clean, over 7,000 people took part throughout the county and removed 255,209 pieces of litter from 339 beaches, including Southend Beach!
HELPING WILD AND WATER SPECIES
Sealife Adventure participated in the “No Limits?” Shark Conservation events in 2016 and 2017, to raise awareness of the increasing endangerment of sharks. The “No Limits?” campaign was launched in 2014 to respond to the crisis posed by unlimited and escalating shark fishing.
WORKING WITH YOU
Whilst we do a lot for the conservation of marine and land life, as well as clean-ups and tidying of Southend’s Beaches with the local community, we realise that we cannot win the battle alone. During your visit, be sure to check out some of our talks, such as our Shark Talk, where we will teach you all about the endangered animals that we home, as well as what you can do to protect them.
